Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MotivationalMaker ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MotivationalMaker provides an online platform for creating demotivational-style posters. The Service includes free downloads, an optional Poster Pass, optional Pro subscriptions, and a moderated community gallery. Direct print ordering is currently paused.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By submitting content to the public gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains malware or malicious code

4. Paid Access

The Poster Pass is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. It unlocks eligible themes and watermark-free downloads in the browser session connected to the purchase for seven days after activation.

If you purchased a pass accidentally, contact support within seven days. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and may be declined after pass features have been used, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Pro is offered as a monthly or annual recurring subscription. The price and billing interval are shown before checkout. Pro renews automatically at the selected interval until canceled. You may cancel or change an eligible plan from billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains available until then.

Subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a renewal price changes, we will provide any notice required by law before the new price applies.

5. Printing

Direct print ordering is currently unavailable. You may download a poster and arrange printing independently. MotivationalMaker is not responsible for third-party printers, their output, delivery, or fees.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by MotivationalMaker and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded images, quotes, logos, and other material may lawfully be used.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
