MotivationalMaker provides an online platform for creating demotivational-style posters. The Service includes free and premium tiers, a community gallery, and print-on-demand ordering.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By submitting content to the public gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content.

You agree not to upload content that:

Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Contains malware or malicious code

4. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used premium features. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Print Orders

Print orders are fulfilled by our third-party printing partner. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by MotivationalMaker and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
